Purchase and Payment

1. How do I make a purchase?

Once you have selected an item to buy, simply click the "Add to Cart" button for the item you wish
to purchase. This will add the item to your shopping cart and present you with an opportunity to
select other popular products.
You can then scroll down and either click "Continue to Checkout" or "Keep on Shopping" to add
more items to your cart.
When you're finished shopping, click "Checkout and Pay" to check the contents of your shopping
cart, and calculate postage costs.


2. What are your operating Hours?

You can purchase from our online store 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Though Our delivery
service works from 10:00 AM till 4:00 PM.
3. Do you have any retail outlets, or viewing facilities?
In order to keep our prices low, we have cut out the high costs associated with maintaining a retail
store and have established ourselves as an online-only business.
All products are listed with the highest quality images as well as full dimensions and technical
specifications. You can also review customer testimonials within most product listings.
Though, we provide some of our associates' retail outlets. You can check it on our Social media or
Application banner.


4. What payment method do you accept?

We currently accept Cash on delivery and Fonepay.


5. Can I cancel my order?

Changes need to be made to your order, such as cancelling an item or updating the delivery address,
please visit your Account > Order History. Please note that there is only a small window of time in
which we can cancel an order. The cancel order option will not be available if your order is already
being processed for dispatch, as it is no longer able to be halted and will be handed over to the
courier shortly.


6. I bought the wrong product- can I change or amend my order?

We do our best to dispatch orders as quickly as possible so it may not always be possible to change
your order once it's been placed.
We're unable to make changes to a product already purchased, so if you've made an error in color or
size, please cancel your entire order using the Cancel Order button, and make a new purchase.
Please note: You'll need to act fast, as once your order is processed and sent to our warehouse the
'Change Address' or 'Cancel Order' buttons won’t be available, meaning that your order has
progressed too far along to be changed. If you do not wish to keep the item, check our Change of
Mind Policy if the item is eligible for return.


7. Do your prices include GST?

Yes, all our display products include GST by default.

8. How do I redeem a Discount code?

There are a variety of different discount codes which you may have access to for different reasons,
sometimes, discount codes will be sent to you directly and inform you of an exclusive discount,
cheaper shipping or get you a deal on a particular product.
If you have a discount code and are looking to redeem it, follow these steps to ensure you secure
the item you are looking for at an even cheaper price!
Once you have logged into your Sela account and added the eligible item to your cart, you will see
the option to add your discount code and continue with your checkout.
Please ensure that your discount code is copied exactly into the discount box with no
spaces at the end and that you have used the email address any exclusive discount code
was sent to.
Once your code has been correctly entered, you will no longer be able to edit the Discount
Code box and your savings will be automatically applied to your order.
Please ensure you correctly enter your code at this stage, as it is unable to be applied at a
later stage.
Once you have applied the discount code, proceed through the checkout as normal to lock
in your item for a hot price!


9. What reward points can I receive?

By shopping with us, you can earn 10 reward points on spending RS. 1000.
To earn rewards, you should first sign in through your Sajilogic website user account.

Change in Mind Policy

 1. Subject the rest of this policy, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase of a
Sajilogic Exclusive Brand product, you can contact us within 3 days of taking delivery and
return the product. You will then receive a store credit for the purchase price of your product
(excluding the initial delivery charges as set out in your order confirmation).


2. Products must be returned in their original packaging, along with all included accessories, be
in new condition suitable for resale, and must not have been damaged during the time the
product is in your possession, including up until we receive the product.


3. You must notify us via the Sajilogic Help center within 3 days of taking delivery of your
product and request a return under this policy.


4. You must return the product at your own cost and you must comply with the directions for
returning the product that our staff provide to you. The product will remain your responsibility
during transit until they are received at the address supplied by our staff. We do not accept any
liability for any loss or damage which may occur during transit.


5. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Nepal Consumer Act. You
are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other
reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or
replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major
failure.

Delivery Inquiries

1. Can I change my address?

Once you have Ordered your Product, you cannot change your address. Slight delivery address can
be changed during delivery day but to change your submitted address you have to request Sajilogic
Customer help Desk.


2. Can I pick up my purchase?

As an online business, we work hard to keep our prices low by cutting out the high costs associated
with maintaining a retail store and facilities.
In order to provide our customers with the very best prices, all our products are available for
delivery only. We do not offer a pickup facility.


3. Do I need to sign for my delivery?

Most orders placed with Us require a signature upon delivery, however a family member or
colleague at the address provided can sign for it on your behalf.
